Marcus "Deshay" Walker is a vessel chosen by God. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He currently resides in Fort Pierce, Florida. He believes that Jesus is the son of God. His ministry is about spreading an out of the box worship experience, where the anointing of God may resonate through the moving of the Holy Spirit through the ministry of rap. His goal is to help spread the good news of Jesus the messiah throughout the land. As a former gang member, drug user, and seller, he once was busy leading youth and young adults down a path of destruction, and on several occasions found himself actually facing death. But GOD! God stepped in and turned his life around. Deshay's life is now a living testimony to the world. With a mind of a believer, he is now pointing people to the cross! In 2013 he founded “Rap is Worship." It is a concert and worship experience, where many have the opportunity to share their gift such as gospel rap, dance and spoken word. Deshay Walker's lyrics up lifts the name of Jesus and compels the lost to come to Christ. Deshay Walker is a husband to Allysa Walker, father to Brielle Walker and Marcus Walker Jr. Deshay Walker is a visionary. He ministers through the preached word at his home church Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church (he travels to preach as well), and ministers through rap across the nation!
