Barretta The Psalmist
(Orlando, Fl.)
Born and Raised January 9th, 1991 in Orlando, Fl by a single mother to a household of 3, Ezekiel Blanc was the youngest. Although God was made know by his mothers religious background the 3 would eventually stray away to pursuit their own passions after the passing away of their mother. By age 13 Ezekiel began rapping after being influenced by the hip-hop culture and was inspired by big name artist to make it big. A dream he pursued till age 23 until he was reintroduced to Jesus while over the road as a truck driver by a Christian co-driver named Tarell Crews. For 6 months the gospel was preached to Ezekiel before the went their separate ways. By late October 2014 while hauling a load to Atlanta, Ezekiel surrendered to God & was now inspired to use his gift in music to reach as many souls with the truth of God so that they too would experience the grace of God thus "B.a.r.r.e.t.t.a" meaning Believers And Rebels Reaching Everyone Through Truth & Art was launched.
